二.个人简介

2015年7月加入yl23411永利集团官网,2018年1月任副教授,2022年获评广州市高层次人才,yl23411永利集团官网广州良师。IEEE高级会员,CCF高级会员,IEEE固态电子电路学会广州分会副主席,CCF YOCSEF广州分论坛副主席(2022-2023),广东省工信厅、科技厅专家库成员,国家自然科学基金和广东省自然科学基金等评审专家,广州市半导体和集成电路产业链产业顾问,广东省创业导师,ISICAS、ICTA和APCCAS等国际会议TPC和Session Chair等。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广东省科技计划等课题10余项,发表论文80余篇,授权美国发明专利1件,日本发明专利2件,中国发明专利30余件。指导学生获第七届中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛国赛金奖,第十七届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品全国一等奖。
